On part two of our Origin Series we are crossing the ocean to the good Ol' USA to explore how whiskey got started in this country and how it expanded into the culture we know today.  From the local-grain whiskies of the mid-Atlantic, to the Ohio River Valley and on to a place eventually known as Kentucky, American whiskey and bourbon are engrained in our rich history and it is engrained in this all new episode!  

Origin Series: Scotch

To kick off the show, join us on a little trip through history as we explore the early years of scotch, bourbon and the expanse of whisky from all over the world in a 3-part series we are calling: The Origin Series.  In this first episode, journey around Scotland as we look at the events that lead to the creation of scotch whiskey, how the 5 regions of Scotland each play their own role in the unique characters of scotch and why Aque Vitae is found throughout the history books.  If you think its all serious business, just wait until you hear Bobby try to add new words to the English dictionary.
